Kill Kare State Park Kill Kare State Park is named for the Kill Kare summer camp for boys, which operated from this site in the early to mid 1900s. Many of the summer camp facilities are still here, but have been revamped to fit present uses. In the center of the park is a three story building that now features modern restroom facilities and two public lobby areas with reproductions of historic photographs. A group picnic area, swimming area, and boat launch are also located here. Address: Box 123 St. Albans Bay VT USA 05481
